Privacy Policy
ArmedForcesBenefits.org has no accounts, no sign-up forms, and no comment sections. The numbers you type into a calculator are processed in your browser and are not sent to the site's server.
What the server records
Like most web servers, the site's server keeps standard access logs: your IP address, the page you requested, the time, your browser's user-agent string, and the referring page. These logs are used to keep the site running and to see which pages are read. They are not sold or shared, and they are kept for no longer than 90 days.
Cookies
The site itself does not set cookies, does not use analytics tools, and does not save your calculator inputs. When you close or reload a calculator page, the numbers you entered are gone. If the site ever adds a tool that stores anything on your device, this section will say what it stores and why.
If you email the editor, your address and message are used only to reply and to fix the issue you raised. They are not added to any list.
Links to other sites
Pages link to the government documents they are based on. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which this policy does not cover.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes and the change is recorded in the change log. Questions go to the address on the contact page.
